Schnauzer Mix    Age: Puppy

Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hi, My name is Kia (pronounced Ky) . I am a male Schnauzer/Cocker with unique markings. I just turned one year old on May 4th. Even though I came from a puppy mill, I was not used for breeding, but was sold as a puppy. The mill was a terrible place so I am scared of men, but would love a woman to adopt me. I am active so would love to run in a fenced yard with you nearby. My personality is sweet and loving. I stand on my hind legs to be picked up and rubbed. I give kisses because that makes me happy to receive%BD%A0 attention. In the evening I love to be on the couch with you. If possible I would love a dog playmate. My foster mom has me ... (Read More)part way housebroke.%BD%A0 I know to go outside, but wear protection in the house. She will be teaching me to walk on a leash . If you know you could give me a loving%BD%A0 forever home, please fill out an app for me. If you have any questions you may call my foster mom in Chilton, WI. at 920-206-0995 Thank you. With kisses, Ky (Less)

Schnauzer Dogs can make good pets in Wisconsin if they match your IifestyIe. The Schnauzer is a thickly bearded, medium sized, Terrier type dog. Schnauzers are proud, vivacious animals. Schnauzers are protective toward their people and want to be the boss. It is important to thoroughly socialize and train a Schnauzer when it is a puppy. Schnauzers do fine with older kids. A Schnauzer needs lots and lots of exercise and a daily walk but can live in an apartment if its exercise needs are met.
