    The shelter listed as a Shih tzu mix but I do believe Tasha is a shih tzu , Schnauzer mix by her coloring. She came from High Kill shelter off EU list in Texas, as this baby is only about 9 months old and was on EU list to be killed, They had her on the EU list for being a biter, She must have been abused is my opinion, as it took her a few days to settle in here, She loves my grandson loves me and loves my son. Introduction to new people is scary for her, but if given a day or two out of my home she will be fine. She just needs someone to give her a chance like I did when I saved her life.     Schnauzer Dogs can make good pets in Missouri if they match your IifestyIe. The Schnauzer is a thickly bearded, medium sized, Terrier type dog. Schnauzers are proud, vivacious animals. Schnauzers are protective toward their people and want to be the boss. It is important to thoroughly socialize and train a Schnauzer when it is a puppy. Schnauzers do fine with older kids. A Schnauzer needs lots and lots of exercise and a daily walk but can live in an apartment if its exercise needs are met.
