|Rescue Me ID: 14-09-02-00510Kip (male)|
Kip is a purebred (CKC) Miniature Schnauzer with a champion bloodline. He is roughly 15 lbs and in excellent health. Only 3 years old. He lives with my wife, myslef and our 17 month old son. He is of a very good temperment, doesn't bite, has never been agressive with our son. We our looking for a good home for him as my wife and I both work long hours and Kip does not get the attention he is deserving of. He is completely housebroken and is an excellent companion. We need a family that can give him the attention he deserves. He has no health issues and is current on all shots.

|Rescue Me ID: 14-08-05-00777Tucker (male)|
Tucker is a very smart dog. He prefers and loves women. He is fearful and aggressive around other dogs and small children. He can be aggressive toward cats when we are not looking. He would be a very loving companion with the right owner. By the end of this year we will have 3 new Grandchildren and unfortunately we cannot keep him. We don't want to euthanize him. We do love him and want him to be happy but we absolutely cannot keep him. If you can give him a home where he would be the only pet and there are no small children he would make a very nice pet. He is house broken, grooms well and doesn't bark much.

Schnauzer Dogs can make good pets in Michigan if they match your IifestyIe. The Schnauzer is a thickly bearded, medium sized, Terrier type dog. Schnauzers are proud, vivacious animals. Schnauzers are protective toward their people and want to be the boss. It is important to thoroughly socialize and train a Schnauzer when it is a puppy. Schnauzers do fine with older kids. A Schnauzer needs lots and lots of exercise and a daily walk but can live in an apartment if its exercise needs are met.
