|Rescue Me ID: 16-07-22-00323Lola (female)|
Lola is a very smart girl, likes her crate and has been unsupervised in the house with no accidents at all. She lives to fetch and walks great on leash. She is not destructive and very obedient. A home with less traffic would be ideal as she can get very protective. She's not a barker like other schnauzers. She is good with most people.

|Rescue Me ID: 16-06-06-00634Issy (female)|
Issy is an schnauzer/terrier mix who was previously an outside dog. She has pretty coloring with wiry hair. Cute, cute girl. She will need some crate/potty training to become a good inside dog. She gets along with most dogs & is sometimes picky. Would be good in a home with older children.

Schnauzer Dogs can make good pets in Kentucky if they match your IifestyIe. The Schnauzer is a thickly bearded, medium sized, Terrier type dog. Schnauzers are proud, vivacious animals. Schnauzers are protective toward their people and want to be the boss. It is important to thoroughly socialize and train a Schnauzer when it is a puppy. Schnauzers do fine with older kids. A Schnauzer needs lots and lots of exercise and a daily walk but can live in an apartment if its exercise needs are met.
